Pool Technician – Residential Pools (East Valley, Tempe or North Phoenix) – Experience Required

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine pool maintenance, including:
• Skimming debris, brushing, vacuuming
• Cleaning filters and baskets
• Testing and balancing chemical levels
• Inspect pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve pool issues—equipment and water chemistry
• Maintain a high standard of work with strong attention to detail
• Follow safety procedures during all service and repair tasks
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and represent the company well

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of pool service experience
• Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first mindset
• Able to work independently and solve problems efficiently
• Willingness to learn and grow in the industry
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking
• Valid driver’s license required
