We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pool Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and repairing residential and commercial swimming pools to ensure they operate safely, efficiently, and beautifully. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service to our clients while ensuring all pool systems are functioning optimally. Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and emptying skimmer baskets to maintain crystal-clear water quality.
• Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators to identify issues early.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components using hand tools and power tools to ensure optimal operation of pool systems.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs performed, and maintenance schedules for each client’s pool.
• Assist with opening and closing pools seasonally, ensuring proper preparation for different weather conditions.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding maintenance procedures, safety tips, and recommended repairs or upgrades.
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all service activities to prevent accidents or damage.

Experience

• Prior experience as a service technician or in a similar role within the pool or maintenance industry is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues efficiently.
• Hands-on experience with pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, balancing chemicals, and inspecting plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for repairs and installations.
• Knowledge of pool systems including pumps, filters, chlorination systems, heaters, and automation equipment is highly desirable.

Pay: $52,000.00 – $58,000.00 per year
