About Us
Priority Pools is hiring a hands-on Pool Service Team Lead to support our growing service department. This is not a desk-only supervisory role. You’ll be in the field leading by example, supporting service technicians, ensuring service quality, coaching your team, and helping maintain the highest standards of pool care and customer satisfaction.

Position OverviewWhat You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary field leader and technical resource for your assigned service team.
- Lead, coach, and support service technicians on proper pool maintenance, water chemistry, and equipment inspections.
- Perform ride-alongs, quality control inspections, and field training to ensure company standards are consistently met.
- Monitor service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction across your team.
- Assist technicians with challenging service issues, troubleshooting, and customer concerns.
- Ensure technicians complete accurate service notes, chemical readings, photos, and documentation.
- Help optimize routes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Step in to cover routes or assist with service when operational needs require it.
- Communicate daily with the Service Manager regarding team performance, staffing, customer concerns, and operational updates.
- Promote a positive, accountable, and safety-focused team culture.
This is a field leadership role. While you’ll continue servicing pools as needed, your primary responsibility is leading and developing your team while ensuring consistent service quality.
Technical Knowledge
You’ll be expected to have strong knowledge of:
- Water chemistry and water balance
- Pool cleaning and maintenance best practices
- Equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting
- Pumps, filters, chlorinators, and automation systems
- Chemical safety and handling procedures
- Local health and safety regulations
- Customer service and communication
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional pool service experience (preferred)
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of water chemistry and pool maintenance
- A leader technicians trust and respect
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop others
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
