Trilogy Pools Service & Repair, LLC is looking for an experienced, dependable Pool Service & Repair Technicianto join our growing team.

This position is responsible for servicing residential swimming pools throughout Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, Scottsdale and Chandler. The ideal candidate can independently manage a weekly service route, maintain proper water chemistry, identify equipment problems, perform basic pool repairs, and communicate repair needs clearly to the office and customers.

Schedule

• Early morning start time: 5:00 AM
• Monday–Friday
• Work until your assigned route is completed
• Service routes primarily cover the East Valley

Job Responsibilities

• Service and maintain residential swimming pools on an assigned weekly route
• Test and properly balance pool water chemistry
• Add and manage pool chemicals as needed
• Clean pools, baskets, filters, and equipment
• Inspect pool equipment and identify potential problems
• Troubleshoot basic pool equipment issues
• Perform minor pool repairs and equipment maintenance when qualified
• Identify and document repair needs that require additional work
• Communicate equipment issues and recommended repairs to the office
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Maintain accurate service notes and report any pool or equipment concerns
• Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and in good working condition
• Complete assigned route efficiently and independently

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional pool service experience
• Strong knowledge of pool chemicals and water chemistry
• Knowledge of pool equipment, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
• Pool repair experience preferred
• Ability to independently manage and complete a weekly service route
• Ability to identify equipment problems and recognize when repairs are needed
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• CPO Certification required
• Must be dependable, honest, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Must be able to work independently
• Must communicate professionally with customers and office staff
• Must live in the East Valley
